Influencity now has the possibility to download CSV files both in Discover and My Influencers, that means, that you can get your searches' results and your database information included in those files.

It is important to highlight that this kind of file is compatible with Excel, and that is how you will have access to all this information anytime you want even if you are offline. Furthermore, you will be able to create an updated data historical, and sort and compare all the information at a glance.

DISCOVER

In this section, you will be able to download all the information contained in the results page columns. Once you have run a search, click on "Export Search" and you’ll see two options:

You will be able to download all pages, or a specific range (both one page or several). In both cases, you will be able to download up to 300 pages at once.

Select one of the options, and you will be able to check how much this will subtract from your monthly results and how many you have at the moment.

Then you'll have to click on “Export Data”, and a CSV file will automatically be downloaded so you can see all the information in a table.

MY INFLUENCERS

In this section, you will be able to download all the information in your database, one specific influencer analysis or all the data in a list.

In order to download all your database, click on "See all" so you see a list of all the influencers you have.

Now you will be able to download a CSV file that gathers all the influencers' information including all social networks. Click on "Export CSV" and a file will automatically be downloaded to your desktop.

You can also get an specific influencer's information. Once you enter that influencer's profile, you will see the "CSV" icon. When clicking on this button, you will have a file that includes the information of all social networks included in that influencer's profile.

Finally, you can also download your lists' data. When entering in one of the lists you will see the same "CSV" icon as in an influencer's profile. The CSV file you get will include each influencer's individual information and also all their aggregated data.
