Link your Zoho messenger service via IMAP to send individual emails from My Influencers and Campaigns. Once you’ve linked your messenger service, you’ll be able to use Influencity to send and/or receive emails for the Influencers you have stored in your IRM. Setting up this option gives Influencity permission to send emails using your company’s server

Steps for linking your Zoho messenger service to Influencity

Make sure you enable access to IMAP to link it with Influencity.

  • Go to your Account Settings.

  • Click on Mail Accounts.

  • Click on IMAP

  • Click on IMAP Access

Linking your Zoho account to Influencity

  • Click on your Influencity account Avatar in the top right-hand corner.

  • Click on Account and Settings in the drop-down menu.

  • Go to Communication in the sidebar.

  • Go to the Emails section.

  • In Emails view, click on the "Connect your inbox" button.

  • Select Connect Other (IMAP).

  • Enter your email address.

  • Enter the password for your email account.

  • Fill in the rest of the form with the following:

rejected: true (default),
minimum TLS version: 1.2 (default) }

smtp: {
host: 'smtp.zoho.eu',
port: 465,

rejected: true (default),

  • Click on Connect account.

  • Set up your email signature.

  • Click Save.

Your messenger service is now ready to send and receive emails from your Influencers.
